What to Know Before You Go
Thank you for registering for HRX 2023. We hope you are as excited as we are to come together to transform patient care through digital health solutions.
Please take a moment to review the important information below before the start of the meeting.
HRX will take place at the Seattle Convention Center, located at 705 Pike St, Seattle, WA 98101. For more information, including airport directions and public transportation options, places to eat, maps, and more, visit the Seattle Toursim Site.
Hotel rooms for attendees were secured in the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Grand Hyatt Seattle and Hyatt at Olive 8.
Badges can be picked up at Ballroom Lobby 5th Floor in the Seattle Convention Center.
As for registration hours, attendees can pick up their badges or have questions answered regarding their registration:
Thursday, September 21, 2022: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PT
Friday, September 9, 2022 : 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Saturday, September 10, 2022: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM PT
Three Stages, One Room for an Unforgettable Xperience!
The entire HRX experience will take place in a single space, allowing each attendee to float from one content stream to another, visit with an Xhibitor, or network with a fellow attendee without having to leave the room.
HRX is divided into three streams: Health Technology & Solutions, Business of Digital Health, and Digital Patient Experience; each attendee will be given a headset that includes a switch enabling them to go between audio channels connected to the three HRX streams. Attendees can listen to the session that interests them the most, by switching to the corresponding stream’s channel.
The HRX 2023 mobile app is available now on both the App Store and Google Play.
Download the app today to gain access to all things HRX, including the ability to connect with other attendees, send messages, request meetings, create a personalized schedule with your must-attend abstracX and HRX sessions, preview Xhibitors, sponsors, and more.
If you prefer a hard copy program, print the HRX2023 Program-at-a-Glance before departing for Seattle. Please note that we will not have printers or copies of the program available on site. The HRX 2023 App is the most up-to-date method to find out information about the meeting.
HRX is intentionally unconventional – and we encourage all attendees to leave their dress shoes and suits at home! The weather forecast during HRX is showing a high of 73 degrees fahrenheit and a low of 51. Please note: meeting rooms tend to be chilly, so bring a sweater or light jacket to ensure your comfort.

HRX is not your traditional Heart Rhythm Society event. The majority of the meeting activities will take place simultaneously in the Golden State Ballroom – audio for the various activities will be delivered to you via Silent Disco headsets. You’ll pick up your headphones on the way into the room each day, and you’ll turn them back in at the end of the night for sanitizing and recharging.
Each day, continuous coffee service will be available:
- Thursday: 12:30 – 5:00 PM PT
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM PT
We’ll also be serving draft beers in the afternoons starting:
- Thursday and Friday at 5:00 PM PT
- Saturday at 2:30 PM PT
Lunch will be available on both Friday and Saturday.
Lastly, you will not want to miss the fun we have planned on Thursday evening from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM in the 5th Floor Ballroom at the Seattle Convention Center, and our HRX happy hour on Friday from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM PT in the main meeting room.
Your HRX Experience
Throughout HRX, you will have the ability to select from the many different experiences happening within the Summit. We will be providing you with a headset that will allow you to change the sound source as you move throughout the room. Headsets will be picked up and returned at the same location each day.
To ensure the best experience possible, please read the instructions below explaining how to change channels on the headset.
We will have staff available at the headset station to support you should you run in to any technical difficulties. We will also be providing signage throughout the room with the associated color for the station/stage.
Be sure to return all headsets at the end of the day to the location they were received. Headsets will need to be charged and sanitized.
Basic Commands
Turn on: Press and hold power button (1 second)
Change channel: Press power button quickly (do not hold)
Turn off: Press and hold for (2 seconds)

Headsets will require a charge at the end of each day.
It is important you return the headsets before you exit the venue. Our team will sanitize the headsets and you will be able to pick up a headset at the beginning of each day. Please do not take the headsets with you at the end of the day.
