About Kimberly Rodriguez

Kim Rodriguez, the Associate Director and site leader for one of the Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTFs) at Baxter, has worked in the remote cardiac monitoring space for over 18 years, focusing on analyzing abnormal arrhythmias. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and obtained the Certified Cardiographic Technician license in 2009 from Cardiovascular Credentialing International. Kim has over five years of experience teaching electrocardiography monitor technician courses at a local community college and implementing the ECG course within Baxter. Her passion for cardiac health is personal, stemming from a family history of cardiovascular disease. She believes that education and early detection are crucial in addressing this disease. Her role at Baxter has allowed her to make significant contributions to advancements in cardiac health monitoring and lead teams dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
