Yekaterina Spivak

I am a mission-driven, entrepreneurial PA, realizing my childhood dream in electrophysiology at CHOP. During my almost 2 years there, I’ve seized opportunities for growth: integrating device monitoring into Epic EMR, restructuring processes to help patients and providers, teaching and presenting to other APPs and fellows, initiating a genetics QI project, and joining HRS and PACES. Most recently, I was accepted as a member of the HRS LEAP (Leadership and Education for Allied Professionals) program.

My dedication to healthcare involves simplifying medicine for families through education and innovation. As a member of PACES’ education subcommittee, I contribute to managing pediatric content on HRS upbeat.org and working on developing new educational materials at CHOP. In the past, I was driven by the same principles in my entrepreneurial venture to simplify breastfeeding by creating an at-breast supplementation device to help resolve breastfeeding issues and promote continuous breastfeeding.
