Selected teams will pitch their project to a panel of expert judges in-person at HRX Live 2027 (September 17-19, 2027 in Dallas, TX).

Semi-finalists in the HRX Pitch Competition don’t just take the stage, they arrive prepared to shine. Thanks to our partnership with the Massachusetts Medical Device Development Center (M2D2), each semi-finalist receives professional pitch coaching ahead of HRX Live 2026. M2D2’s experienced mentors help refine presentations, sharpen messaging, and maximize impact, giving every innovator the tools to deliver their best pitch.
Atrility is advancing rhythm management with AtriAmp, an FDA-cleared device that enables continuous atrial electrogram monitoring in post-operative cardiac patients. By combining a growing database of atrial electrograms with machine learning, the company aims to help care teams identify and manage arrhythmias more accurately. Attendees will be interested in how Atrility is bringing data-driven insights and AI to one of the most challenging areas of cardiac rhythm monitoring.
Perpetua AI is designing a leadless pacemaker concept that harvests energy from the heart’s own motion, reducing dependence on traditional batteries. The technology seeks to address one of the biggest limitations of implantable cardiac devices: finite battery life and the need for repeated interventions over time. Attendees will be interested in this novel approach to device longevity and the future of self-powered cardiac implants.
Korion Health is reimagining home health monitoring with the SoundHeart Digital Stethoscope, a consumer-friendly device paired with augmented reality guidance to support high-quality data collection outside traditional care settings.
