HRX Live 2026: The World’s Leading Cardiac Electrophysiology Innovation Meeting Returns for its Fifth Year to Spark Ideas, Ignite Change, and Shape What’s Next
ATLANTA, GA, September 8, 2026 – The Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) will host its fifth annual HRX Live, where game-changing ideas, disruptive technologies, and visionary leaders converge to propel the future of cardiovascular care. From September 18–20, 2026, HRX Live returns to the Signia by Hilton Atlanta, convening a global community of clinicians, engineers, developers, researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, and innovation partners to co-create the future of cardiovascular medicine.
As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve and technology and treatments rapidly advance, HRX Live provides an immersive, one-hall experience that breaks silos and accelerates innovation across cardiovascular care. Through deep collaboration and open dialogue, participants will explore how to transform clinical needs into real-world solutions.
“Innovation is in our DNA. The Heart Rhythm Society was conceived by a small group of innovative cardiologists who 47 years ago decided to challenge the status quo,” said HRS President Sana M. Al-Khatib, MD, MHS, FHRS, CCDS. “Five years ago, HRS launched HRX Live to accelerate EP innovation, and each year the meeting’s size and impact increase.”
HRX Live 2026 presents the next era of cardiovascular innovation featuring cutting-edge keynotes, bold tech showcases, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and more, including:
- Late Breaking Clinical Trials: For the first time, HRX Live will feature LBCTs. Ten First-In-Human and Early Feasibility studies will be presented in two groups: Advances in Pacing, Cardiac Rhythm Device & Digital Care, and Innovations in Ablation & EP Technologies.
- Allied Professional (AP) Shark Tank: A high-energy, high-impact program designed exclusively for APs to pitch bold ideas that could transform cardiovascular care.
- Pitch Competition: Pre-commercialization innovators will have a unique platform to present their groundbreaking products, services, and solutions to a distinguished panel of judges and potential investors, all while competing for awards and cash prizes.

Now, participants will also learn about novel applications for pacing, such as treatment of hypertension, and they’ll learn about new devices, paper-thin pacemakers, and 3rd and 4th generation PFA sequences” said HRX Live 2026 Executive Producer Dr. Jonathan P.
