Dr. Brendan Koop is an engineer with extensive experience in product development for medical devices and research of new technologies, including design and process development of medical devices and systems, as well as project management and IP generation. He has cross-functional expertise with regulatory, marketing, supplier development, senior management, and other stakeholders in developing and successfully launching new medical devices and systems.

His specialties include Medical device design, Systems Engineering, and Technical leadership

Pulsed Field Ablation, process development, plasma processing, reactive sputter deposition of thin films, porous microstructures, DOE, 6-sigma methods, design for MRI compatibility, cardiac pacing and defibrillation
