Jasjit Syan

Jasjit Syan is a PhD Candidate at Imperial College London and a Senior Clinical Fellow in Cardiology at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. His doctoral research focuses on the early detection and prediction of clinical deterioration in hospitalized patients using continuous vital‐signs monitoring. Drawing on his clinical expertise, Jasjit has led initiatives to implement virtual ward models in cardiology—integrating remote monitoring, risk‐stratification algorithms, and multidisciplinary care pathways to reduce readmissions and enhance patient experience. Passionate about translating digital‐health innovations into routine practice, he collaborates across academia and the NHS to develop scalable, evidence‐based solutions.
