Dr. Kalie Dove-Maguire is an emergency medicine physician and health-tech innovator dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery through technology. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Evidently, she leads the development of AI-driven tools that automate clinical data tasks, enhance care quality , and reduce clinician burnout.

Dr. Dove-Maguire’s career bridges clinical practice and digital innovation. She previously led the Electronic Health Record (EHR) product team at Carbon Health, where her team pioneered the first ambient scribe deployment at scale, significantly reducing manual documentation for providers.

Her journey includes founding a company focused on physician identity and credential management, consulting for organizations like the World Health Organization, and contributing to healthcare solutions at institutions such as UCSF Medical Center and Carbon Health. An advocate for digital health equity, she also holds advisory roles in AI and digital health within UCSF Innovation Ventures and the UCSF Acute Care Innovation Center.

Dr. Dove-Maguire earned her MD from the University of Washington and completed her emergency medicine residency at the University of California, San Francisco . Her work continues to shape the future of healthcare by integrating clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology.
