Leyla Sabet

Leyla Sabet is a director in product development where she leads a team of engineers and scientists in definition and development of products that effectively meet customer needs in cardiac rhythm management space. In her tenure at Abbott she has led numerous projects aimed at advancing diagnosis and treatment of abnormal cardiac rhythms using implantable medical device including cardiac monitors, leadless and conduction system pacing systems. Prior to Abbott she was part of a start-up company focused on point of care diagnostics.

Leyla holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
