Maria Stewart

Maria Stewart is a senior healthcare industry executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and medical device sectors. She currently serves as the Vice President of Health Economics & Market Access, AF Solutions and CRM-Dx at Boston Scientific, where she focuses on market access, reimbursement strategy, and health economics to support the adoption of innovative medical technologies.

Throughout her career, Maria has led cross-functional teams in developing evidence-based strategies that demonstrate the clinical and economic value of emerging therapies. Her expertise includes healthcare policy, value-based care, reimbursement, health technology assessment, and commercialization of novel medical innovations. She is passionate about improving patient access to life-changing technologies through collaboration with clinicians, payers, and health systems.

Maria holds a master’s degree from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and is an active mentor and advocate for advancing women in healthcare leadership. She also serves as a Board Advisor for MedExecWomen and is a frequent speaker on market access, healthcare innovation, and the evolving healthcare landscape.
