She has led the acquisition and integration of four companies totaling nearly $2B in investment, supporting both organic and inorganic growth in one of the fastest-growing sectors in medtech.
With a foundation in electrical engineering, Rebecca is passionate about developing early-stage innovation and scaling it into impactful, real-world solutions. She regularly presents to the Medtronic board of directors and previously served as a board member of the American Heart Association, Minnesota chapter.
