Sajol Ghoshal

Sajol Ghoshal, MSEE, is Chief Executive Officer and President of Advanced TeleSensors, Inc., an Austin-based medical technology company developing touchless cardio-respiratory monitoring solutions. He brings more than 30 years of leadership, engineering, and strategic development experience, with a career focused on advancing innovative sensing technologies and bringing emerging technologies to market.

At Advanced TeleSensors, Ghoshal leads the development and commercialization of technology designed to continuously monitor cardiac and respiratory vital signs without requiring wearable devices or physical contact. The company’s technology leverages radar technology originally developed at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), together with artificial intelligence and machine learning, to support earlier identification of changes in patient health and enable more proactive care.

Prior to Advanced TeleSensors, Ghoshal held leadership and technical roles with companies including ams AG, TAOS, Agere Systems, and Level One Communications. His career includes involvement with three successful company exits totaling approximately $3 billion, including Level One Communications’ acquisition by Intel, Agere’s acquisition by Lucent Technologies, and TAOS’ acquisition by Austria MicroSystems.

Ghoshal earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his undergraduate degree in electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to combining engineering, sensing technology, and healthcare innovation to improve patient monitoring and enable earlier clinical intervention.
