Srinivasan Murali

Dr. Srinivasan Murali is the CEO and Co-Founder of SmartCardia, a Swiss medtech company revolutionizing patient monitoring with its AI-enabled, FDA- and CE-cleared 7-lead ECG and vital signs wearable patch. With a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, Dr. Murali brings over two decades of experience in engineering, academic research, and medical technology innovation. Before founding SmartCardia, he led medical device programs at IMEC, co-founded the chip-design firm iNoCs, and held academic roles at EPFL and IIT Madras. Under his leadership, SmartCardia’s platform has been deployed in 200+ hospitals globally, earning recognition from Frost & Sullivan as a leader in wearable cardiac monitoring.
