What’s at Stake? Meaningful Change 

This isn’t just a competition. It’s a window into what’s possible when frontline voices lead the innovation conversation.

The AP Shark Tank shines a spotlight on the ingenuity of APs (nurses, techs, EP lab staff, pharmacists, and others) who are uniquely positioned to identify and solve real-world challenges in cardiovascular care. Each finalist brings practical insight and passion to transform how care is delivered.

How It Works

Five semi-finalist AP teams will take the HRX Main Stage for a dynamic, live competition: 

• 10 minutes to creatively pitch their innovative idea or solution
• 5 minutes of live Q&A with expert judges and attendees

Finalists receive valuable feedback, professional visibility, and connections that can help bring their ideas into practice.

The HRX Live 2026 AP Shark Tank application is the opportunity for APs to to pitch innovative solutions focused on cardiovascular care, including advancements in areas like home monitoring and remote patient management amongst the HRX Community composed of KOLS, executives, investors, and other innovators.

5 semi-finalists will be chosen to participate in the HRX Live 2026 AP Shark Tank September 18-20,2026, where they will pitch their innovative solution to a panel of expert judges.

The deadline to submit your application is July 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

The HRX Live 2026 AP Shark Tank submission platform uses the Heart Rhythm Society’s single sign-on. If you have an account with the HRS, please use the same credentials than those used for HRS’s website. If you do not have an account with HRS, you will need to create an account to be able to submit your HRX AP Shark Tank application.
