Aimee Stefanski

Aimee Stefanski, MS, NP is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with Yale Medicine and Yale New Haven Health specializing in cardiovascular medicine. As a member of the Yale School of Medicine Section of Cardiovascular Medicine, she provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been in advanced practice since 2005.

Ms. Stefanski earned her nursing education at the University of Connecticut and has built her career around advancing cardiovascular care through clinical excellence, patient education, and care coordination. She is committed to improving outcomes for patients with heart disease by combining compassionate care with the latest advances in cardiovascular medicine and serves as an integral member of Yale’s nationally recognized heart and vascular team.
