Hannah Eunice Esmeralda

I am Hannah Eunice Esmeralda, an advanced practice provider at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Tacoma, WA. I have been a nurse since 2011 and a Cardiac Electrophysiology APP since 2022. In my role, I perform inpatient care, outpatient clinic visits, and post-procedural oversight. I also act as a sub-investigator of the ongoing REACT-AF trial.

My dedication to learning led me to obtain a Certified Electrophysiology Specialist designation, which was instrumental in achieving the Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society designation. As a forward-thinking and solution-oriented professional, I consistently strive to develop workflows that enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
