Jamie Treskot

Jamie Treskot, PhD is a Regional Therapy Advancement Manager with Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology and a healthcare leader with more than 10 years of experience in EP program operations, clinical workflow optimization, and cardiovascular service line development. Prior to joining J&J MedTech, she held leadership roles supporting the growth and operational management of Lehigh Valley Heart & Vascular Institute’s comprehensive EP program, including an Atrial Fibrillation Center of Excellence and a high-volume device clinic overseeing care for more than 8,000 remotely monitored patients. Her experience spans ambulatory and inpatient EP services, remote monitoring, quality improvement initiatives, program expansion, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

In her current role, Jamie partners with healthcare organizations across the Mid-Atlantic region to improve patient access to EP care through operational efficiencies, practice transformation, and therapy advancement initiatives. She collaborates with physicians, administrators, and allied health professionals to optimize patient pathways, enhance care delivery, and support the adoption of innovative technologies and evidence-based best practices. Jamie is passionate about advancing access to arrhythmia care and helping healthcare teams build sustainable, high-performing EP programs that improve outcomes for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders.
