Jon Crane is Vice President of Piedmont Heart Institute at Piedmont, where he supports the strategic and operational advancement of cardiovascular services. He has more than two decades of experience in healthcare administration, cardiovascular service line leadership, and healthcare strategy. Prior to his current role, Crane served as Senior Vice President of Heart & Vascular at Emory Healthcare and previously held leadership roles supporting cardiovascular services at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital and Emory Healthcare. Earlier in his career, he worked in healthcare and life sciences consulting at Deloitte.
Crane earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a focus on Health Policy and Administration and completed graduate business education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. His professional expertise includes healthcare operations, cardiovascular program development, hospital management, and healthcare strategy.
