Rex Gale

Rex is the Organizer of TEDxHiltonHead, an officially licensed TED event dedicated to Ideas Worth Spreading in the Lowcountry of Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, and the surrounding community.

He is also founder of the Hilton Head Island Leadership Institute, dedicated to the Art and Science of leadership development, leadership training, and personal development programs as a way to improve individual and organizational performance.

A separate non-profit organization, Leaders4Life, is focused on providing these same leadership and personal development programs to non-profit organizations in the Lowcountry.

Rex was previously National Accounts Director of Sales at BlueCross BlueShield South Carolina, Vice President Corporate Human Resources at RadioShack Corporation, and Principal at Mercer, WillisTowersWatson, and AonHewitt.
