Robert Whitehill

Robert Whitehill, MD, is a pediatric cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, where he serves as Medical Director of the Electrophysiology Program and Medical Director of Project S.A.V.E. His clinical and scholarly interests focus on pediatric heart rhythm disorders, inherited arrhythmias, invasive electrophysiology studies, and cardiac device therapy, including pacemaker and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator implantation.

Dr. Whitehill earned his medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed his pediatrics residency, pediatric cardiology fellowship, and advanced electrophysiology training at Boston Children’s Hospital. He joined Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Cardiology in 2018. His research interests include arrhythmias and congenital heart disease, and his work has examined cardiac device and lead outcomes in pediatric and congenital heart disease populations.
