Tony Ma

Tony Ma, MS, is Co-Founder and President of Benten Technologies, Inc., a social impact company focused on developing digital health and digital therapeutic solutions to improve healthcare access and outcomes. With more than 20 years of experience spanning engineering, management consulting, telecommunications, and healthcare, he brings expertise in user-centered design, mobile health, program and project management, and technology-driven healthcare innovation.

At Benten Technologies, Ma leads initiatives focused on leveraging technology, education, and research to address health disparities and democratize healthcare. His work has included the development of digital health solutions in maternal and child health, behavioral health, healthy aging, and other areas where technology can help expand access to care. He has also served as a principal investigator on federally funded research exploring technology-enabled approaches to improving health outcomes in underserved populations.

Throughout his career, Ma has led complex technology and healthcare initiatives across the public and private sectors, helping organizations develop, scale, and implement innovative solutions. His work reflects a particular commitment to combining user-centered design, behavioral science, and emerging technologies to address real-world healthcare challenges.

Ma earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Computer Networks from The George Washington University.
