Abstract Presentation Format
Your presentation format will depend on whether you are assigned to an Abstract Lunch Hour or Abstract Happy Hour session:
- Abstract Lunch Hour: You will have 10 minutes total — 8 minutes to present your slides, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A facilitated by the session moderators.
- Abstract Happy Hour: You will have 12 minutes total — 8 minutes to present your slides, followed by 4 minutes of Q&A facilitated by the session moderators.
Please be mindful of your presentation timing onsite to ensure the full allotted time remains available for Q&A and discussion.

As an Abstract Presenter, we are asking that all PowerPoint presentations be uploaded no later than September 15, 2026. The slide upload site will be available throughout the meeting, but 2 hours prior to your scheduled session is the absolute deadline for uploading your presentation. Any slides uploaded after this deadline will not be available during the live session. HRS will not have a dedicated working space for speakers, but the Hilton offers many areas throughout the hotel where you can sit and work with a laptop. HRS will also have an assistance counter available for any presentation-related questions or support.
