LBCT Presenter
LBCT presenters will have 12 minutes total, including 8 minutes to present followed by 4 minutes of Q&A and commentary led by the session moderators, with audience questions incorporated as time allows. Please be mindful of your timing to ensure the full four minutes remain available for discussion.
LBCT Moderators
Each LBCT session will have three moderators who will also serve as commentators. Moderators should be prepared to ask questions, provide expert commentary on the research presented, highlight key findings or considerations, and help facilitate the 4-minute Q&A and discussion following each presentation.
LBCT Presentation Upload
As an LBCT presenter, all PowerPoint presentations must be uploaded no later than September 15, 2026. The slide upload site will be available throughout the meeting, but 2 hours prior to your scheduled session is the absolute deadline for uploading your presentation. Any slides uploaded after this deadline will not be available during the live session. HRS will not have a dedicated working space for speakers; however, the Hilton offers many areas throughout the hotel where you can sit and work with a laptop. HRS will also have an assistance counter available for any presentation-related questions or support.
