Chanda Owens

Chanda Owens is Senior Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at iRhythm Technologies, where she leads quality, regulatory, and compliance efforts supporting the company’s cardiac monitoring technologies. Her work focuses on developing quality and compliance strategies that support innovation, regulatory requirements, and the delivery of safe and effective medical technologies to patients.

Owens brings extensive leadership experience across the medical device and healthcare technology industries, including previous roles with Johnson & Johnson and Advanced Sterilization Products. Throughout her career, she has led global quality initiatives, supported the introduction of medical devices to market, and worked across complex regulatory environments.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Owens is passionate about building high-performing quality organizations and using quality and compliance as strategic drivers of innovation and improved patient care.
