Eleanor Huff

Eleanor Huff, MSN, RN, is Vice President of Cardiovascular Service Line Operations at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital, where she provides executive leadership for one of the nation’s premier cardiovascular programs. She also serves as System Director of Advanced Clinical Analytics for Baylor Scott & White Health, leading enterprise-wide clinical analytics initiatives that support data-driven decision-making, quality improvement, and operational excellence across 51 hospitals.

With more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, Eleanor has held executive roles spanning cardiovascular service line operations, clinical quality, analytics, critical care, consulting, and hospital administration. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams, implemented system-wide quality initiatives, and developed innovative approaches to improving cardiovascular outcomes through clinical data, operational strategy, and physician collaboration.
