James Allred

Dr. James Allred, MD, FHRS is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of CV Remote Solutions, an industry leader in service to device clinics nationwide. Under his visionary leadership, CV Remote Solutions has become a pioneering force, known for its quality and innovative approach to device clinic optimization. Dr. Allred collaborates with clinicians nationwide to ensure optimal care for patients with cardiac implanted electrical devices.

Previously, Dr. Allred held the position of Chief of Electrophysiology Services at Cone Health in Greensboro, NC, and served as Medical Director of the Cone Health Atrial Fibrillation Clinic. His leadership at Cone Health was instrumental in establishing a world-class atrial fibrillation clinic known for its efficiency and significant healthcare savings. He now consults with clinicians, clinics, and hospitals aiming to start or enhance their Atrial Fibrillation Clinic programs.

A prolific contributor to the medical community, Dr. Allred has served on advisory boards for the Heart Rhythm Society and the American Heart Association. He recently partnered with Medaxiom to create educational material for device clinicians, further extending his reach as an educational thought leader in electrophysiology.

Driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation, Dr. Allred continues to shape the future of cardiac remote monitoring and electrophysiology, making significant strides in improving patient outcomes and advancing the field.

Dr. Allred’s academic journey includes an Internal Medicine Residency at Duke University, followed by fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Electrophysiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
