About Margaret Infeld, MD, MS

Margaret Infeld, MD, MS, is a cardiac electrophysiologist at Tufts Medical Center and an Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, catheter ablation, cardiac implantable electronic devices, physiologic pacing, and heart failure. Dr. Infeld earned her medical degree and a Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University before completing her residency in Internal Medicine at Duke University Hospital and fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Dr. Infeld’s research focuses on innovative pacing strategies, atrial fibrillation, and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has led clinical investigations evaluating personalized physiologic pacing and its impact on patient outcomes. Through her clinical practice, research, and academic leadership, Dr. Infeld is committed to advancing the field of cardiac electrophysiology and improving the care of patients with heart rhythm disorders.
