Not all PFA is created equal. Waveform design shapes lesion depth, tissue selectivity, safety, and procedural workflow, but competing platforms are taking very different paths. This roundtable will compare the biology and engineering behind next-generation PFA waveforms, examine where the platforms genuinely differ, and ask which features are likely to translate into better, safer, and more durable clinical outcomes.
