Pitch Competition Presentation Format
You may use the attached template for your presentation. Please note that you do not need to include a disclosure slide. Pitch Competition presenters will have 15 minutes total during their assigned session. The first 10 minutes are dedicated to presenting your pitch and slides, followed by 5 minutes of moderated discussion led by the session moderators. Please be mindful of your presentation timing onsite to ensure the full five minutes remain available for discussion.

As a Pitch Competition presenter, we are asking that all PowerPoint presentations be uploaded no later than September 15, 2026. The slide upload site will be available throughout the meeting, but 2 hours prior to your scheduled session is the absolute deadline for uploading your presentation. Any slides uploaded after this deadline will not be available during the live session. HRS will not have a dedicated working space for speakers; however, the Hilton offers many areas throughout the hotel where you can sit and work with a laptop. HRS will also have an assistance counter available for any presentation-related questions or support.
